SmartAge

SmartAge is a youth-elderly intergenerational platform that supports aging in place. Gathering information from multiple sources with an AI model to support and encourage family and health professionals to proactively engage the elderly.
SmartAge is based on an open system to collect data from different vendors’ IoT and produce an activity density map with AI analysis for families. Based on the family’s request, the system can provide the nurse consultation with an AI assistant and matches the health caregiver service. SmartAge also provides urgent alerts with a voice assistant. SmartAge also provides a platform for families to share the caring experience and resource in the community.
An activity density map can provide more data for early recognition of differences in activity patterns associated with an illness such as dementia/depression which is not easily detected by vital sign data. SmartAge helps the elderly early detect potential illnesses and reduce social isolateon.

智齡生活是長幼共融平台，支援鼓勵居家安老，使用AIoT 設備收集日常活動數據，建立活動密度圖，透過AI分析，給家人照顧者有關健康數據資訊，鼓勵家人關心長者。 如有需要可要求系統的護士進一步評估及建議，並匹配醫療保健服務，系統使用AI健康評估支援護士提供更優質的服務， 幫助長者得到及早和適當的專業醫療建議。
