Elderson Platform

This project effectively addresses the concerns and anxieties of family members regarding the arrangement of their parents living in a care center. It utilizes technologies such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), and blockchain to achieve automation, high integration, simplified operations, and secure data authentication. It enhances seamless interaction and information sharing between the care center and family members, increasing transparency and providing real-time updates on various aspects of their parents’ lives in the facility, including schedules, dietary conditions, elderly well-being, and activity arrangements. This seamless interaction and information sharing between the care center and family members enable them to have peace of mind while their parents are in the care center, allowing them to free up caregiving time and alleviate the associated pressures. Additionally, the automation capabilities of the project assist the care center in handling administrative tasks, simplifying the communication process between the care center and family members, and reducing the administrative workload for care center staff. This project aims to achieve a win-win situation by encouraging vulnerable families to confidently place their parents in care centers while providing relief for family caregivers and streamlining communication processes.

本項目有效解決家人對安排父母住在院舍中心的不安和焦慮問題。其採用人工智能、物聯網及區塊鏈等技術，實現自動化、高度整合、簡化操作及安全資料認證等，加強院舍與家屬之間的無縫互動和資訊共享，增加院舍的透明度，實時讓家屬了解父母在院舍包括日程安排、飲食情況、長者狀況、活動安排等的信息，從而實現老人院與家屬之間的無縫互動和信息共享。鼓勵弱勢家庭放心安置父母於院舍，釋放家屬照顧時間，減輕照顧壓力；同時項目的自動化能協助院舍處理各行政事務；簡化院舍與家屬溝通的流程，減輕院舍職員行政文書負擔，達至雙贏。
