An astounding 1/3 of food is wasted globally. These potentially useful materials are discarded and cause hygienic problems, while bringing burden to the disposal system. Black soldier fly is a natural decomposer which converts organic waste into valuable fertilizers and animal feeds. Our business aims to make the green solution more accessible to the public by duplicating the natural cycle within mobile machines. This model alleviates food waste issues with less pollution comparing to traditional treatment methods. The clean, organic solution will contribute to the development blueprint in waste management in the long term. With object recognition and AI technology, our machine optimizes the biowaste treatment conditions and monitors the growth and reproduction process of the flies. We foresee a future where people can earn credits through recycling leftovers via the model, and willingly contribute to the environment. Landfills will no longer be the default end for these wasted materials.
