Flux

Flux is a payments solution application that consolidates, reminds and incentivizes early payments on credit cards and domestic bills. Our mission is to help the Hong Kong population and especially the young generation– a demographic infamous for late-payments and incognizance of credit report damage. With an average credit card per-capita value of 4-5, an average bill amount of 9,000 HKD per month, and an increasing default rate among college students and new graduates, Flux levels the playing field by encouraging users to pay their outstanding bills in advance and offers strong incentives in the form of our Flux points to ensure a full and early bill payment. Flux Points earned by users can be redeemed at several of our partner businesses/platform enablers in Hong Kong. We profile our customers’ risk and estimate rewarded points with our state-of-the-art generative models and reinforcement learning platform that learns to estimate risk with experience. Our proprietary models are trained with over 1.2 million data points of historical data to minimize risk for the user. Our generative models build synthetic data that improves our model accuracy and reduces bias.
