Knowledge Vending

Knowledge Vending’s proposal puts forward an innovative business model on raising tertiary students’ global awareness. Echoing with the seventeen sustainable development goals initiated by United Nations last September, Knowledge Vending aims to heighten students’ civil awareness. To germinate the seed of global citizenship, a Knowledge Vending machine is invented to display impressive photos and shocking statistics on pressing global issues. One controversial global incident will be deliberately chosen as the theme of the week. The machines are installed in the lobby of residential halls in campus so that students can utilize the idle time waiting for the lift to play the interactive trivia games.

They believe “Knowledge is the foundation of actions while actions lead to changes”. In this era of information, Knowledge Vending pioneers to create great social impacts by bridging students with the globe.
