UNITINNO

UNITINNO Architectural Technology Development Company Limited (UNITINNO) is established in 2016. It aims at providing high quality prefabricated lightweight building products. Our product, named Modular System of Volumetric Panel (MS-VP), is developed by Architecture Integrity & Innovation Association (AIIA) from the School of Architecture in CUHK. It contains 2 systems: Chequered-Panel System and Z-Panel System.

Chequered-Panel System is characterised with rapid erection, minor ground treatment, zero construction waste, re-usability and exquisite spatial experience. The system has been applied as Exhibition Shelter, Teahouse and Children Play Room, and is developed to a ready-made building product – Chequered-Panel House. A Chequered-Panel House will be exhibited in the Venice Biennale of Architecture in 2016 summer.

Z-Panel System is an elegant solution integrating architecture, structure and construction needs. It is awarded with the “First Prize of Local Academia” of the CIC Innovation Award 2015 organised by the Hong Kong Construction Industry Council in 2015 December.
